Historic 1625 is conveniently located within minutes of Tacoma’s museum district, I-5 and Highway 16. Out of town family and friends will love the ease of returning to their hotel with a quick Uber or taxi ride. Local guests will also the fact that the venue is only a couple of minutes’ drive off either I-5 or Highway 16 from the Narrows bridge.

History & Tradition
Historic 1625 originally was built in the late 40’s as a Dodge truck dealership. The original car showroom was located in the current venue space and there were service bays down below where the Collector Car Showroom is now located. Over the decades several different car dealerships occupied the venue, with the last and longest running one being Osborne McCann Cadillac. Many visitors to the venue share stories of vising Osborne McCann with their family to buy a car or have it serviced. In 2005, the owners of Historic 1625 purchased the building and embarked on a multi-year remodel to transform and update the building into the stunning event venue that it is today.
